In my opinion you are doing exactly the right thing as they are two different markets and topics.

Use the MLM blog to attract folks interesting in home businesses and the health blog to attract folks interested in health.

I'd say this is the right approach for your business Vonda. It's important to have a clear strategy and stick with it in order to build a consistent flow of traffic to your sites. I know from my own experience that if you drift your customers or people looking to work in your industry will never find you. This happened to me for a long, painful time before I realised and I'd say you're starting out well if you have set it up this way from the beginning.

It's all about traffic so keep driving straight ahead and you'll soon see those headlights coming your way...
